Project Description:
The proposed development on ERF 37 Westhills Estate entailed the development of a new triple-storey 422 m2 residential dwelling.
The proposed dwelling consisted of an upper floor, first floor and ground floor together with a triple garage, patio, kitchen, dining area, lounge, guest room, scullery, 3 bedrooms, study room, entertainment area, pool and retaining walls.
